3651277 - Transaction type not updated after SSCUI 104017 changed - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• The system does not accept changes in the Transaction Type field.
• Update transaction type in SSCUI Define Transaction Types - MM Transactions (ID: 104017) is not applied to financial transactions after setting.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Change the Transaction category field in the customizing point Define Transaction Types - MM Transactions (SSCUI 104017).
2. Observe that accrual entries are being made in reverse.
3. Revert the settings to their original state.
4. Execute transaction in test mode.
5. Observe that the system does not apply the changes made in the settings.

• Configuration changes apply only to transactions created after the change takes effect.
• Existing transactions remain unchanged.

1. Reverse the erroneous transactions caused by the mistakenly changed configuration.
2. Create new transactions with the corrected settings.
