Symptom

  • How to analysis Tomcat threads 
  • The following symptoms may require analyzing Tomcat threads：
    • Tomcat Crash
    • Tomcat Hang
    • Tomcat home page is unreachable
    • BI Launchpad (BILP) and Central Management Console (CMC) and all other web applications become unavailable
    • Tomcat threads are continuously increasing and approaching the limit(default 200). 
    • Tomcat threads are stuck, waiting, in warning states, etc.
