3651367 - multiple tax jurisdiction messages created in S/4 message monitor during business partner migration in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• Multiple tax jurisdiction messages are created in the S/4 message monitor while loading business partner data using the migration cockpit.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Use the migration cockpit to load business partner data into the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
2. Observe the S/4 message monitor for the generated messages.
3. Note that multiple tax jurisdiction determination messages are created for each business partner.

• The call to determine the tax jurisdiction code is made twice from the CVI_EI_ADAPTER: once while processing the Business Partner address and once while processing the Customer address.
  
  
• If the Business Partner is also extended to a supplier, an additional call will be made for the supplier.

This behaviour is by design.

When using the migration application, the business partner trigger multiple requests to the tax partner.  The Manual process will also will trigger multiple requests to each for BP, Customer and Supplier.
