3651464 - Product Master Data is incorrect and you would like to know if SAP supports the deletion of Master Data.

Symptom

You have set up your system and you notice that the Master Data of a certain product is not correct.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Product Portfolio WoC.
  2. Go to Materials View.
  3. Search for the Desired Product.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. You notice that some of the information is incorrect.

Cause

The Data was entered incorrectly by the user.

Resolution

SAP does not support the deletion of Master Data from our end.

In order to resolve the issue, you must  request a new Production Tenant.
