• A business rule is configured to rename documents with a fixed name "GroupServiceCheckout.pdf".
• Some documents are being renamed with an additional random string appended to the name, such as "GroupServiceCheckout_ukqdmnnq.byo.pdf".
• The random string varies from document to document, causing the business rule to not trigger in processing these attachments.
