Symptom

  • A pop-up message stating "Authorization required" appears when accessing an HTML5 application.
  • The issue occurs after enabling Destination Trust in the SAP BTP Cockpit.
  • Providing backend credentials does not resolve the issue.
  • Logs for the HTML5 application do not capture any relevant details.
