3651573 - Email being triggered indicating an issue with SAP Event Broker and SAP SuccessFactors - HCM Suite

An email is being triggered automatically to the users indicating that there is an issue with the SAP SuccessFactors product and SAP Event Broker:

"The Pre-Delivered Integrations process for 'SAP Event Broker' with the Process Definition ID 'sap.sf.recruiting.CandidateProfile.Updated.v1' has a current status of 'Failed'. For more information, refer to: https://[SF ENVIRONMENT URL]/sf/xmprocessdetails1?company=[COMPANYID]&anchor=EMEvents/PREDELIVERED_INTEGRATIONS/?timeframe=DAY/PREDELIVERED_INTEGRATIONS/sap.sf.recruiting.CandidateProfile.Updated.v1."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

On b2505 release a change was made to enable notification of event replications to SAP Event Broker. This notification refers to an issue with the event replication, and not necessarily an issue with the integration itself, as the notifications are being sent even for inactive subscriptions.

The Platform Engineering team is working on enhancing the notifications for future releases and avoid scenarios where the integration is not active as well.
