3651578 - External Learning-Only users are created with incorrect default fields

External Learning-only users are configured to be created with a specific field value, like security domain, when created via site. However, a few users were created with the standard system value instead of the specified site value.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM >
2. Navigate to Learning Administration >
3. At System Administration > Application Administration > Sites, create a site where one of the fields has a default value. For instance, set the Default Security Domain ID to "EXTERNAL" instead of "PUBLIC" >
4. Create a new external user using a native site URL. For instance: https://[companyid].plateau.com/learning/user/nativelogin.do >
5. Observe that the user in Learning is created with the "PUBLIC" security domain instead of "EXTERNAL".

Users who are created through the native URL do not get created with the default values defined at sites.

If users should not be able to self-register through the native URL (and only through Learning sites), some possible options are:

1. To replace the native URL with the site-specific URL in all user-facing notifications, onboarding packages, or company portals;
2. Ensure users are directed to the correct entry page for registration to avoid inconsistencies.
