3651814 - Deprecate the permission 'Pending Requests' in Employee Views

Symptom

Previously if you want to access "View Pending Workflows" from quick action in homepage or access "View my pending requests" from global search, the permission "Pending Requests" should be enabled in "Employee Views".

After 2H 2025, the permission 'Pending Requests' is missing from "Employee Views".
