3651867 - Second inspection lot created at GR despite Accept decision in Acceptance Sampling lot

Symptom

Acceptance Sampling inspection lot gets created at delivery activation. Following this, an Accept decision is posted for the whole inspection lot. However, a second inspection lot gets created when Goods Receipt is posted in the inbound delivery, which is not expected.
