3651874 - Add New Learning Activity Button Missing in Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms

Button to "Add New Learning Activity" is not displayed on the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms, while it is visible in the legacy form.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. On a Performance Form, with the legacy form experience enabled and included a goal section using a Development Goal plan, with proper configuration the user is able to access the "+Add New Learning Activity"
2. Enable the Latest Experience of Performance Management forms under Performance Management Feature Settings
3. Access the same form
4. The Linked Learning section or ability to add learning items is not available

This is a known issue.

Current workaround is to ensure the "tab-permission" does not restrict user access to "goal details".

• For example (permissions may differ depending on requirement or configuration): 
• 
   <tab-permission type="none">
          <role-name>*</role-name>
          <tab refid="goal-details"/>
          <route-step stepid="*"/>
        </tab-permission>

Engineering have confirmed this issue has been resolved and is planned to be patched in the 2H2025 release.
