3651881 - Product translation issue in English template in Document Generation

Symptom

  • Product translations inside the English template are not working during document generation.
  • Products are still displayed in the original quote language (Italian) instead of the selected language (English).

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to quote.
  2. Generate documents.
  3. Select the language: EN.
  4. Use the template.
  5. Observe that inside the Delivery Scope, the products are not translated and remain in the original quote language (Italian).

Cause

A bug has been confirmed by the development team.

Resolution

The big fix is to be released in CPQ-2511.
