3651882 - Position to job relationship sync not working for New Hires - Onboarding

• Position to job relationship synchronization is not functioning during the onboarding process (in NHDR, PDC and manage pending hires).
• In add new employee, this feature is working as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Enable synchronization for position to job relationships.
2. Proceed with the onboarding process for a candidate.
3. Observe that job relationships are not updated in onboarding or when candidate enters manage pending hires, even though synchronization is enabled.

This is expected behaviour.

• The synchronization of position to job relationships is supported only for internal hire flows and not for external users.
• Enhancement requests can be submitted following KBA 209022.
