3651898 - Users able to edit Pay Component fields despite view-only permission in Recurring Payments & Deductions

Pay Component fields can be edited in 'Recurring Payments & Deductions' when user has view-only permission.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Recurring Payments & Deduction.
2. Click edit icon.
3. Able to update the pay component field value like amount, currency when the pay component has only view permission, fields are not grey out.
4. Save.
   
   

Expected Behavior.

• As per the current system behavior, this is the expected outcome.
• Our engineering team is planning to fix this issue and implement it in the future release via enhancement ECT-260058.
