3651903 - The HCPR Part Provider shows the navigational attributes but they are not available in HCPR .

Symptom

The HCPR Part Provider X shows the navigational attributes (Y) but they are not available in HCPR Z and the below message occurs while trying to select the “Navigation Attributes” for infoObject Y in HCPR Z:
“No Navigation Attributes found”.
