3651987 - Cannot add details Contact HR in SuccessFactors ESM as per the guide

Symptom

As per ESM guide, SuccessFactors system allows you to maintain HR contact details. However, following Step 4 in the SAP document "Configuring HR Contact Information," the required settings are unavailable on Manage Data. The object "ServiceDeskContactSupportInformation" is not visible in "Manage Data," even with "Include Inactive Records" enabled.
