3652002 - Error occurs when trying to change Project status to stop.

Symptom

A system error is encountered when the status of Project ABC(ABC represents Project ID) is changed to 'Stop'.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Project Management Workcenter.
  2. Select the Projects View.
  3. Enable "All Projects" in the drop-down menu and search for Project ABC.
  4. Click "View-All".
  5. Select the first task of Project ABC and open the Basic Data tab.
  6. Navigate to the Project status field and click "Stop".
  7. Observe that the system throws a dump.

Cause

Certain Services within the Project Tasks are not maintained, while Team Members are added to that Services.

Resolution

It is required to ensure that Services are maintained for all Team Members associated with the Project tasks.
