3652030 - Email Reminders still triggered after Offboarding is cancelled - Onboarding

The reminders for the trigger (ONB) Document Signature Task Creation for New Hire Trigger are not cancelled after the associated document signature task is automatically cancelled due to the cancellation of Offboarding.

This issue occurs because the email reminders are not automatically cancelled when the associated task is cancelled.

The Engineering team is already working on a permanent fix for this matter. The code correction is being tracked under ticket number OBX-40141.

• The expected due date for the fix is December 2nd; however, this is only a tentative date and may change.

• We recommend customers to contact their Account Manager and provide the ticket number to track the progress of this fix.

Until the fix is delivered, the following workarounds can be applied:

Workaround 1

Cancel the email reminder directly from the Email Activity.

Workaround 2

1. Navigate to the Manage Data page.
2. In the first search field, select EmailReminderState.
3. In the second search field, enter the Onboarding Process ID/Activity ID (available in Email Services > Details of the email sent).
4. From the dropdown in the top-right corner, select Make Correction.
5. Set the trigger status to Cancelled and save the change.
