Symptom
- BI Launchpad login error after SAML configuration using the new method.
- Error message: "Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"
- Webapp BI launchpad logs show the request going from an HTTP URL, when it should be HTTPS
- SessionMgr:setTrustedSystemUrl
URL must be HTTPS: http://hostname.com/BOE/CMC/TrustedAuthSetTokenServlet
