3652189 - Warning "The document contains an unknown number of rows" and empty export file for Business Role - Restriction report in IAM Information System - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Warning message: "The document contains an unknown number of rows" appears while exporting the Business Role – Restriction report from the IAM Information System app, even when the entries are minimal, some filters are set.
• The exported file contains no data for the Business Role – Restriction report.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the IAM Information System app.
2. Select the report: Business Role – Restriction.
3. Apply filters.
4. Click on the Download button.

At the moment, the export for the restriction value does not support filtering. This means that the whole table will be downloaded independent of the filter. There is a plan to rebuild the IAM Information System app for a future release, where to integrate this feature.
