3652200 - Save icon is not working in SAP Analytics Cloud

• After editing a story and pressing the "Save" button, it is expected that to display a drop down list to select the option like Save, Save As. But the drop down list is not coming up.
• Pressing the "Save" button again, the whole editing bar disappears.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14

1. Open a story in the SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Edit the story and press the "Save" button.
3. Observe that the display freezes on the pressed state of the button, and the changes are not saved.
4. Press the "Save" button again while in the frozen state.
5. Observe that the editing bar disappears.

The issue was caused by an outdated Chrome browser version, which led to compatibility issues with the SAP Analytics Cloud functionality.

• Update the Chrome browser to the latest version.
• Check the supported browser information in System Requirements and Technical Prerequisites
