3652265 - Boolean field having value in UI but system gives error that field is blank

Position follow up process gives error like below that mandatory Boolean field is blank but on checking the position object, field is having value as NO.

Error: XXXX is a required field or association in Position object.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Position Management

1. Login to instance.
2. Navigate to Admin Alerts and Check alerts for Position Follow up Process.
3. Error is displayed for specific position that one of the mandatory Boolean field is blank.
4. Check the position and it can be seen that the Boolean field is not blank. It is having value NO.

Boolean field displays default value as NO on the UI if no value is selected for the field. However, it is just shown on UI. Value is not saved in the database. If the position is exported, the field can be seen as blank.

Set the required value for the field manually or through import. Once this done the value would be saved to the database.
