1. Enter 'Performance Maintenance Jobs' app.
2. Select maintenance order operation and click 'Assign to Me'.
3. Enter the operation details page, click 'Start', then click 'Record Time'.
4. Once the 'Record Time' window pops up, see checkbox 'Final Confirmation' is inactive.
