3652335 - Secondary HANA couldn't be accessed after upgrading to a new version with mode read-access.

Symptom

In system replication landscape with operation mode read-access (active/active), secondary system is upgraded. After upgrading, all the services are up and running. But secondary system couldn't be accessed from sql port. For example, when accessing from HANA studio, error can be "The remote computer refused the network connection". And hdbsql may failed with error * -10709: Connection failed (RTE:[89006] System call 'connect' failed, rc=111:Connection refused). When checking sql port status, the sql port isn't listening.
