3652372 - Provide Additional Data behavior in Add New Hire to Onboarding - Onboarding

After clicking on Provide Additional Data in Add New Hire to Onboarding and then cancelling, the candidate cannot be found in Onboarding dashboard.

In Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO, there is an user with username=(candidate's email adress) exists with status=d (inactive external user).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Add New Hire to Onboarding page > maintain candidate information
2. Click on Provide Additional Data
3. Click on Cancel
4. Go to Onboarding dashboard > search candidate but no result
5. Go to Data Inspector > check in Table_USERS_SYSINFO
6. User with username=(candidate's email adress) exists with status=d (inactive external user)

Expected behavior.

Onboarding process will be initiated for candidate with onboarding external user created after clicking on Provide Additional Data button in Add New Hire to Onboarding.

If then clicking on Cancel button, it means the onboarding process initiated for this candidate will get cancelled, together with the candidate (namely the created onboarding external user) converted into inactive status.
