3652381 - SWPM fails on execution of the command "rsecssfx\rsecssfx.exe generatekey -keyId xxxxxx -getPlainValueToConsole"

During new system installation or system copy, below error happens

The step generateKey with step key |NW_ABAP_OneHost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|onehost|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|ci|0|NW_ABAP_SSFS_Custom_Key|ind|ind|ind|ind|customKey|0|generateKey was executed with status ERROR (Last error reported by the step: Execution of the command "rsecssfx\rsecssfx.exe generatekey -keyId xxxxxxxxx -getPlainValueToConsole" finished with return code -1073741515. Output:).

Run this command "rsecssfx\rsecssfx.exe generatekey -keyId xxxxxxxxx -getPlainValueToConsole" on Windows' command prompt manually.

The rsecssfx file is usually located in C:/Program Files/sapinst_instdir/<product>/<DB>/INSTALL/<type>/ABAP/

and it shows additional error message like below:

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program my fix this problem.

Run Software Provisioning Manager(SWPM)

SWPM, FCO-00011, step generateKey, NW_ABAP_SSFS, rsecssfx\rsecssfx.exe generatekey, -getPlainValueToConsole, The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found.
