3652514 - ACC_ECS_MAINTAIN returns runtime errors DDIC_TYPE_INCONSISTENCY for structure "GLE_ECS_STR_UI_ALL_DATA"

After completing the configuration for ECS functionality, when executing transaction code ACC_ECS_MAINTAIN, a dump error message is raised

Inconsistency in the dictionary for structure "GLE_ECS_STR_UI_ALL_DATA".
The current ABAP program "RGLE_ECS_UI_DIALOG" had to be terminated because the ABAP processor detected a system error.

Error analysis
There is an internal system error. There is an inconsistency for DDIC structure "GLE_ECS_STR_UI_ALL_DATA".
The corresponding Dictionary runtime object (NAMETAB) is incorrect.
The number of components of structure (NAMETAB component "fldcnt") is declared as 582. If all the substructures are resolved, and the actual total number of components is calculated recursively, a different value is returned.

Information on where terminated
The termination occurred during generation of ABAP/4 program "RGLE_ECS_UI_DIALOG". In the source code, the termination point is in line 13 of (Include) program "RGLE_ECS_US_DIALOGTOP".
