3652600 - Location still visible in Employee Profile Header on Mobile App when disabled in Configure People Profile - Employee Profile

Although the Location field is not enabled in Configure People Profile and does not appear in the Web UI, it is still displayed in Employee Profile Header on the Mobile App.

1. Navigate to Configure People Profile / Configure Latest People Profile;
2. In Configure Header Fields, de-select Location > Save;
3. Navigate to the Employee Profile of any user in Web;
4. Verify that the Location field is not displayed;
5. Log in to the SuccessFactors Mobile App;
6. Navigate to the Employee Profile header of the same user;
7. Observe that the Location field is still visible in the profile header.

Due to legacy API limitations, there are gaps between the mobile profile and web profile in the current People Profile Header.

SAP has built a new people profile experience where both mobile and web profiles will use the same backend APIs, ensuring consistent header information.

Workaround:

Enable New People Profile Experience following the steps below.

1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings;
2. Select the box "Enable Full Profile for the latest People Profile" > Save.
