3652613 - Item's Pricing can be Changed for a Finished Item in Purchase Order

"Manual Surcharge (Value)" component can be added for Purchase Order item, even though the item status is Finished. 

Note: This behavior doesn't apply for Posted purchase orders. 

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for ABC (ABC is the Order's ID). 
4. Navigate to Items tab.
5. Select item n (n is the number of the item). 
6. Navigate to Prices subtab. 
7. Click in Add Row button. 
8. Select "Price/Price Component: Manual Surcharge (Value)". 

User is able to add this Pricing entry for the Finished item. 

Even though this item has Finished status, the user can still add new "Manual Surcharge (Value)" entries if the Purchase Order is not Posted. 

System is working as expected.
