3652620 - Duplicate settlement allowed in CFIN target system even it is replicated successfully

Symptom

In CFIN target system, settlement postings originating from CFIN target system are allowed even when the order balance is already settled due to replication from CFIN source system.

This results in duplicate settlement documents, one replicated from CFIN source and another originating in CFIN target system.

The net result is a credit balance in the order in CFIN target system.
