3652693 - Internal error: <SAVE DOCUMENT TO DB> <KPRO_DOC> when sending email notifications for Flexible Workflow

Symptom

  • Email templates have been configured for Flexible Workflow;
  • The workflow log shows that the notification has been triggered, but no email is received and it is also not visible in SCOT;
  • A workflow trace (SWF_TRC) for package SWF_MAIL shows the message Internal error: <SAVE DOCUMENT TO DB> <KPRO_DOC>.
