3652716 - Dynamic logo selection for invoices form templates - S/4Hana Public Cloud

Your business requires customer invoices to display a department-specific logo, determined by the department maintained in the profit center master data. Therefore, you would like to know if SAP standard functionality supports maintaining multiple logos mapped to departments for automatic use in invoice printouts. 

Example scenario: When an invoice is posted, the system should read the profit center’s department and automatically select the corresponding logo. 

S/4Hana Public Cloud Edition

Currently in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition), the standard Output Management setup does not support multiple logos assigned dynamically via configuration (e.g., no customizing table where you map profit center → department → logo). The standard setup only lets you upload a single logo per form template.

For this scenario (logo determined by profit center → department), you’d need another approach. You can create multiple form templates and combine it with Output Parameter Determination configuration.

If departments are limited and stable, you could maintain separate form templates (each with its own logo). Then, in Output Parameter Determination, choose the right template based on profit center/department.
