3652722 - "Schema /info/0/severity must be equal to one of the allowed values INFO,WARNING,UNKNOWN" Error Into External Hooks Logs

After implementing an external hook, you can see the following error when saving or changing an object instance:

• Custom Logic Error: FAILED_PRECONDITION: Error: An error occurred while parsing response data for external post-hook in sap.crm.caseservice.entity.case. Contact your administrator with log ID 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

When accessing the Logs into the Extensibility Administration, you can see the following error:

• Schema /info/0/severity must be equal to one of the allowed values INFO,WARNING,UNKNOWN

• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
• SAP Service Cloud Version 2
