When checking freight order output, the following errors appear:

• Form country/region can't be initial.
• Sender country/region can't be initial.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The shipper information in the freight order is not maintained correctly.

1. Ensure the shipper information is correctly maintained in the freight order.
2. Use the app "Assign Business Partners to Company Codes" (App ID: F8408) to assign a business partner to the company code associated with the purchase organization.
3. Once this setup is finalized, the shipper in the freight order will be automatically determined.
