Symptom
In Business Task Management inbox, there is alert tasks with the description "Completion Overdue: Check Service Order ABC.". However, when open the referenced service order ABC, its status is already set to "Completed".

Reproducing the Issue

Go to the Application and User Management work center.

Navigate to the Business Task Management view.

In the query for Unassigned Items or Open Items, there's an alert named "Completion Overdue: Check Service Order ABC." (where ABC represents the ID of the Service Order).

Open the linked service order ABC.

The service order is in Completed status, but system still shows an alert task for a service order that appears to be finished.
Cause
The system generates these alert tasks based on the service level agreements configured to monitor deadlines. The task is automatically assigned to the processor to ensure timely completion.
This alert remains open even if the service order is manually set to "Completed" because one of the following conditions is true:

The service performer has executed the order but has not yet created a service confirmation to report the work done.

Or, a service confirmation was created but the Fixed On date and time field was left blank.
In this specific case, he service performer has executed the order, but has not yet created a service confirmation to report the work done, so it cannot automatically close the monitoring task, resulting in the overdue alert.
Resolution
The user must create a proper service confirmation to resolve the alert:

Cancel the existing service confirmation (if it exists without a Fixed On date).

Create a new Service Confirmation for the service order.

Ensure that the Fixed On date and time are accurately entered and saved in the confirmation.

After the correct service confirmation is processed, the alert task in Business Task Management will be automatically updated to Completed status.
