Symptom

    After activating the scope item 7UA, when creating the billing document before PGI, the error message "No goods issue has been posted for the delivery." occurs.

    Environment

    SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Activate the scope item 7UA in the system.
    2. Create the sales order and the outbound delivery 
    3. Attempt to create the billing document without PGI.
    4. The error message "No goods issue has been posted for the delivery." occurs.

    Cause

    The billing type is not specified as "Invoice (F10)" during the creation of the billing document. This is a requirement when using Scope Item 7UA to create billing documents before PGI.

    Resolution

    Choose billing type Invoice(F10) and maintain the delivery document, then create again and save the document.
