3652964 - Is it possible to make passwords case insensitive in SAP Customer Data Cloud?

Symptom

Is it feasible to disable case sensitivity for passwords, thereby allowing various capitalization forms of a given password to be recognized as valid by the system.

  • test@123
  • tEst@123
  • teSt@123
  • tesT@123
