3653025 - Filter not working correctly in Subcontracting Cockpit

Symptom

  • When filtering the Subcontracting Cockpit based on shipping statuses such as 'Due Later', 'Due Today', and 'Overdue', and excluding the 'Completed' status, the system does not display any data for Post Goods Issue.
  • If the 'Completed' status is included along with the other statuses, the system displays all the data.
  • The same issue occurs when no shipping status is selected at all.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Subcontracting Cockpit application.
  2. Apply filters based on shipping statuses such as 'Due Later', 'Due Today', and 'Overdue', excluding the 'Completed' status.
  3. Observe that no data is displayed for Post Goods Issue.
  4. Include the 'Completed' status along with the other statuses and observe that all data is displayed.
  5. Remove all shipping status filters and observe that the issue persists.

Cause

Resolution

The correction for this issue is being finalized, and the fix will be included in HFC06 [HFC ID: 4500029990]. As per the Hotfix timeline, it is expected to reach the systems by 18th Sept.
