3653058 - Request time off tile missing in home page for user in SuccessFactors

User does not have REQUEST TIME OFF tile in the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

1. Proxy as the user.
2. Navigate to the Home page.
3. Observe that the REQUEST TIME OFF tile is not available.

The user does not have the required time off permissions to access time off.

1) Navigate to Admin Center > RBP Troubleshooting.

2) In the "Access User" field, search for the user's ID and click on "Search".

3) Review the permissions assigned to the user.

4) Search for "Time Off" in the search bar to confirm that no permissions are configured for this functionality.

5) Add the following permission to the user:

Employee Views
Employee Views Section > Time Off > View
Employee Views Section > Manage Time Off > View

Manage Time Off
Time Account(View)
Time Account(Edit Time Off)

Time Management User Permissions
Access Time Off

6) Verify that the REQUEST TIME OFF tile is now visible on the user's home page.
