3653063 - IBP: Error during export of software collections due to inactive object

Exporting and/or checking a software collection fails with an error like the following:

• "Check for 1 items of type IBP Business Meanings for Order-Based Planning started"
• "Cannot export <OBJECT_NAME>. The object is inactive."
• "Some items of type IBP Business Meanings for Order-Based Planning checked with errors"
• The export process fails due to inactive objects in the collection.

NOTE: the <OBJECT_NAME> will vary depending on the name of the object in your system.
