Symptom

  • Partner functions maintained in the Business Partner (BP) are not being picked up when creating operational contracts in the Manage Purchase Contracts app.

  • The issue may vary between purchasing organizations, even if the same BP data is maintained.

  • For some suppliers, all partner functions are retrieved correctly, while for others certain partner functions are missing.
