3653129 - Error "org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: myXXXXXX-api.s4hana.cloud.sap:443 failed to respond" in CDI Adapter remote source - SAP SDI

Symptom

  • A CloudDataIntegrationAdapter remote source using S4/HANA Public Cloud as source returns the following error:
    • "The remote source was saved. However, when trying to access the remote source, the following error occurred:
      • SQL Error: internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: Could not get tables"
  • Error in the DP Agent logs (framework.trc):
    • DPFramework | WorkerThread.processRequest [] - com.sap.hana.dp.adapter.sdk.AdapterException: org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: myXXXXXX-api.s4hana.cloud.sap:443 failed to respond Context: org.apache.olingo.client.api.http.HttpClientException: org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: myXXXXXX-api.s4hana.cloud.sap:443 failed to respond
