Symptom

  • An error occurs in the calculation of labour costs in cost elements, for example 7000000 and 7000001 within warranty-related install service orders.
  • The issue is observed in transaction IW22.
  • Cost element 9900000 (Direct Labour Activity) is assigned to multiple value categories, leading to incorrect cost distribution.
