Symptom

Application error when clicking on the 'Enable Previous Jobs' button post-instance refresh using LMS IRT.

Reproducing the Issue

 

  1. System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings
  2. Scroll down to Instance Refresh and click Enable Previous Jobs button
  3. Application error encountered

Coding issue

Resolution

  • Code fix will be deployed as part of the 2H2025 release Preview: October 13 | Production: November 14 - 16
  • Workaround: Until then, if issue is encountered, please create a case with SAP Support under SAP SuccessFactors Learning environment (LOD-SF-LMS-IRT) for script execution and provide approval to run in the affected instance
