Fields not populating in job requisition when created from position.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create job requisition from Position Org chart
2. Observe the fields regarding the position (company, division, department, cost center) are not displayed 

This is caused by the mapping rule.

Regarding the mapping rule, hiring manager comes from the incumbent in higher-level position, but there is no incumbent in the higher-level position.

Adjust the mapping rule to map the hiring manager from a position with incumbent.

Or keep the existing mapping rules settings and hire a person for the higher-level position.
