Symptom
- Learning administrators are unable to view observation tasks when using the proxy feature.
- When attempting to open or resume an observation task, the following validation error is displayed: "Please correct the following errors before proceeding: The checklist is no longer available for observation."
- Upon clicking "OK" on the error message, the proxy session terminates, and the user is redirected to the administrator's own Learning home page.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access Learning Administration >
- Navigate to People > Users and search for a user >
- Launch the proxy session for the selected user >
- Scroll to the Requests for Me section and locate an observation task >
- Attempt to open the observation task by clicking Open Observation or Resume Observation (if the task was already started) >
- Observe the validation error message: "Please correct the following errors before proceeding: The checklist is no longer available for observation."
- Click OK on the error message >
- The proxy session terminates, and the user is redirected to the administrator's own Learning home page.
Cause
- The reported scenario is caused by the "newSessionForEachDeeplinkFromBizX" setting.
- When this property is set to true, a new session is created each time a deeplink is clicked in proxy mode. This terminates the proxy session and triggers an access check on the administrator's side, redirecting the user to the administrator's Learning home page.
Resolution
- Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > BIZX >
- Locate the "newSessionForEachDeeplinkFromBizX" setting >
- Change the value of this property from "true" to "false".
