3653239 - Work emails data not extracted using "Employee Data" extraction object

Data extraction using the "Employee Data" extraction object does not include work email addresses.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the application user management Work center.
2. Select the Data Extraction view
3. Choose New and then enter the Run ID XYZ (XYZ is New Run Id name)
4. Choose the extraction object "Employee Data" from the dropdown menu.
5. Activate and run the extraction process.
6. In the Data Extraction view, search for the Run ID XYZ. Wait for the extraction status to change from "In process" to "Finished" depending on volume of data (refresh the system periodically).
7. Select the extraction and, in the extraction file view below, download the extracted file 
8. Open the downloaded file and observe that employee work emails are missing.

The extraction object "Employee Data" does not include work emails due to system behavior setup.

The extraction object "Employee Data" does not include work emails due to system behavior setup instead use extraction object "Employee Complete Data" to ensure work email addresses are included in the extracted data.

Follow the steps below to perform the extraction:

1. Navigate to the application user management Work center
2. Select the Data Extraction view
3. Choose new and then enter the Run ID ABC (ABC is New Run Id name)
4. Choose the extraction object "Employee Complete Data" from the dropdown menu
5. Activate and run the extraction process
6. In the Data Extraction view, search for the Run ID ABC. Wait for the extraction status to change from "In process" to "Finished" depending on the volume of data (refresh the system periodically)
7. Select the extraction and, in the extraction file view below, download the extracted file
8. Open the downloaded file. Choose Workplace Contact Data worksheet and verify that work emails are included
