3653240 - Supplier Contact Data Report not available in SAP Business ByDesign Default Reports

• Creating a custom Supplier Contact Data report 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics Work center
2. Select Design Reports View
3. Search for "Supplier contact data" report – it is not available.
4. Search for "Account contact data", "Contact Master Data" report – it is available which doesn't include supplier details.
5. Require supplier Contact data in single report.

The system maintains standard reports, and a specific supplier contact data report is not provided by default.

Use the "Contact Master Data" report and the "Supplier Details" report to create a custom report.

1. Go to Business Analytics work center
2. Select Design Data Sources view
3. Select New > Select type of custom report as preferred
4. Utilize common fields such as "Contact Business Address" from the Contact Master Data report and "Address" from the Supplier Master Data report to establish links between the data sources.
5. Verify the custom report to ensure it meets requirements.
6. If the requirement is not fulfilled, consult with a partner or implementation consultant for further customization.
