3653316 - Teams Meeting Link Not Sent to Candidate When Booked Interview is Rescheduled - Recruiting Management

The Teams meeting link was not included in the email notification to candidate when a booked interview has been rescheduled.

1. Reschedule an interview for a candidate using the "Email Notification to Candidates for Rescheduled or Updated Interview" notification.
2. Observe that the candidate receives the email notification but the Teams meeting link is missing.

The email trigger "Booked Interview Reschedule Email to Candidate", which sends the Microsoft Teams meeting information, is not enabled. This notification is triggered when the organizer books the time slot on behalf of the candidate.

Please note:

• The "Email Notification to Candidates for Rescheduled or Updated Interview" trigger does not include Microsoft Teams meeting information in its email.
• The email template associated with this trigger is automatically selected when notifying the candidate to book the rescheduled interview time.
• Organizers can opt to skip this email if they book the time slot on behalf of the candidate.

In Recruiting Email Triggers, enable the trigger "Booked Interview Reschedule Email to Candidate" and associate it with the expected email template.

Note:

• When the organizer books the interview time on behalf of the candidate, the system triggers the "Booked Interview Reschedule Email to Candidate" notification to send the Microsoft Teams meeting information.
• When the organizer asks the candidate to book the interview time, after the candidate confirms the interview time, the system triggers the "Interview Confirmation to Candidate" notification to send the Microsoft Teams meeting information.
