3653317 - "Complete e-Signature on Compliance Forms" task incorrectly assigned to onboarding admin user - Onboarding

• The "Complete Form I-9 Section 2" task has been correctly assigned to the responsible group according to the rule, but "Complete e-Signature on Compliance Forms" has only been assigned to the Onboarding admin user.
• The system behavior is inconsistent in assigning tasks.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete "Complete Form I-9 Section 2 task"
2. "Complete e-Signature on Compliance Forms task" has been triggered
3. Compliance Settings > USA > Rule(Scenario: Assign Compliance Corporate Representative) has been configured
4. But the "Complete e-Signature on Compliance Forms" task is only assigned to Onboarding Admin instead of the responsible group or user.

• The responsible group users are missing the permission "Route Signature Stage Document" under Manage Documents.
• Only onboarding admin user in the responsible group has this permission enabled through the permission role, causing all "Complete e-Signature on Compliance Forms" tasks to be assigned to this user.

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Choose the appropriate permission roles that have already been granted to the users in the responsible group.
3. Find Manage Documents tab
4. Enable the "Route Signature Stage Document" permission
